Twin House Music Return Policy
NEW ITEMS:
New items (unopened/new from manufacturer) can be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase or 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the case of shipped items, the shipping cost that Twin House Music incurs will be deducted from refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If the item has been opened, packaging is damaged or 100% of it's outgoing contents are not intact, Twin House Music reserves the right to deny return of item.
USED & CONSIGNMENT ITEMS:
Any item sold as used may be returned within 3 days of purchase/within 3 days of delivery. Our team goes over every piece of gear thoroughly and double checks function, age, condition and price. Items set for sale will be described in the accurate condition they are in at the store. As with new items, all refunds are in full minus our shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Consignment items will be marked accordingly. Sales on consignment items are final. If you would like further information on a consignment item, please contact us directly before purchasing.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Zero returns on these items:
Microphones, harmonicas, earbuds, headphones, opened packs of strings, drum sticks, reeds, books, tubes and any/all items that are not sanitary in used condition.
HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS:
New Items (as described in the new item section) purchased from November 1st until December 31st are eligible for returns until the end of January for the gift giving nature of the season. Policy on condition of returns still applies as detailed in the New Items section. This offer is not extended to used/consignment and non-returnable items.
